Hirao Noriaki was born in 1983. He has experience in three creations and one liquidation of companies in the entertainment, semiconductor, IoT, and cybersecurity fields.
After graduating from the California State University Northridge School of Marketing, he Joined SOFTBANK MOBILE in 2008. Joined the Business Promotion Division in June 2010, where he worked with companies interested in partnership contracts (MVNO) and new business creations such as agricultural IoT projects, mobile healthcare, photovoltaic, and many more.
In the second half of 2011 he signed a joint development and research agreement with Tohoku University as a technology licensing company for the next generation of semiconductors, which focused on 500 different patent strategies.
From February 2014 he joined Sercomm Japan Corporation, an IoT vendor headquartered in Taiwan, as a Business development manager. Starting from January 2015, he began working as a New Business Innovation Officer for IoT at Wireless Gate.
Noriaki founded the global start-up, Planetway Corporation in July 2015.
